Printify is a print-on-demand platform founded in 2015 and headquartered in Riga, Latvia, with offices in the US and UK. Unlike Printful, which owns its production facilities, Printify operates as a marketplace connecting sellers to a global network of over 90 third-party print providers. This model allows Printify to offer a broader catalog of products at generally lower base prices than Printful, at the cost of more variable quality depending on which print provider fulfills each order.
Printify serves over 8 million sellers across Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and other platforms. The platform offers over 1,000 product types from its network of providers in the US, UK, EU, Australia, and China.
Pricing has three tiers. The Free plan charges no monthly fee and provides access to the full product catalog with no order minimums — sellers simply pay the base product price plus shipping when orders come in. The Premium plan at $39/month (monthly billing) or $24.99/month (annual billing, $299/year) provides a ~20% discount on all product base prices. This Premium price increased from $29/month to $39/month in February 2026 for monthly subscribers, though annual billing remained unchanged at $24.99/month. The Enterprise plan with custom pricing and negotiated bulk discounts above 20% is available for merchants at high order volume.
The 20% discount on Premium pays for itself at approximately 15–17 orders per month depending on average product cost. For sellers doing more than 20 orders per month, Premium is almost always the right choice.
Printify’s main advantages are lower product costs and a larger provider network giving geographic flexibility for international fulfillment. The main trade-off is less consistent quality control — sellers should order samples from their chosen print provider before scaling, as quality varies significantly between providers.
